Matthew Wilson, a fully qualified electrical engineer, formed Crosby in the summer of 1997, and has been running the company as Chief Executive ever since.

Matt began Crosby with a dream of one day creating a multi–million pound enterprise that would specialise in communications engineering.

His foresight and belief in the pivotal role that technology would come to play in communications meant that this dream was soon realised, and under his leadership, Crosby has rapidly grown to become one of the most successful suppliers of communications solutions in Europe.

Today, Matt continues to run Crosby full–time, promoting new ideas and helping the company realise its potential.
