December 12 , 2001 - From Jan 1st, we are changing the way we charge SMS messages to your account. Because of new interconnect charges we will be charging a per session cost which will be reflected on your account. See New SMS charges for more information.

December 08 , 2001 - From today, if you have a marketing number(s) connected to our service then you can now get SMS statistics by requesting it from your mobile phone. Simply compose an SMS with a keyword and send it to our gateway, we'll then send the statistics for your marketing number back instantly!, check out SMS Statistics section for more information or contact your account manager.

December 02 , 2001 - From today at midnight we fully support sending SMS Messages to SFR and Orange in France, as well as Airtel in Spain.

December 01 , 2001- At last celebrity voicemail has arrived. Launched earlier this year but with billing issues, celebrity voicemail is back for good. This site has now been upgraded to fully support all the premium voicemail packages. From today we can offer the service for more networks than our competitors :

November 07, 2001 - Please note that from the 19th of November , any 2 for one offers with the ringtone/logo service will now be billed directly to your account.

The system will work in the following way : If you have run them in the past, you will now get a bill for the extra SMS messages we have sent out to date due to 2 for one offers. 

If you have insufficient credit, the job will be accepted from the IVR/web interface, however will not be delivered. Instead the job will be queued for retry every 8 hours until your account is in credit again. 

We do not allow your account to go into debit, message delivery will continue until your balance equals zero. 

If you would like to run these offers, we advise you contact your account manager to purchase messages for your account before the 19th as the purchase of messages can take up to 7 working days before they are shown on your account. 

If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your account manager or our support team.

October 29, 2001 - The following operators are going to close their networks to SMS providers originating from other networks because of recent abuse.

Dutchtone (Netherlands) 

From 12PM tonight we are blocking all messages sent to these networks until further notice. Any messages sent will NOT be delivered.

October 22, 2001 - New networks now added will come on-line with our system upgrade on the 23rd of October. We now support over 264 Mobile Operators in 104 countries. Check our supported network list here.

October 9, 2001 - New Services now available, check our network list for recent networks added. Please note you can now get the latest system status on all of our services by calling (44)(0)845 200 5833. Calls are charged at local rate in the UK.

September 11, 2001 - New features now added : if you own a logo line you can now search your catalog by description. Resends are now identified by source, so you can track what SMS's your using and even more help now available in the help section. You can now check our system status in real time by calling a local rate number 24hrs a day. See out system status page for more information.

September 1, 2001 - In addition to supporting ringtone delivery to Ericsson and EMS compatible phones, we are pleased to announce that operator logos, picture messages and group graphics can now be sent to Ericsson and EMS compatible phones. You can read about the supported phones here.

Also added today is a time delay feature. With our HTTP interface, you can specify a time which you would like the SMS to be delivered.

August 6, 2001 - Ringtone Transmission via EMS to Ericsson Phones Our ringtone interface now supports the EMS (Enhanced Messaging Service) industry standard. With immediate effect, you can deliver ringtones to the following mobile phones via our RTTTL-based ringtone interface: Ericsson R520m/mc and Ericsson T39. EMS support not only results in a competitive advantage for the ringtone providers among our customers. It also allows you to gain access to new customer segments and additional revenue because other vendors apart from Ericsson have already announced EMS-capable mobile phones, which will be supported by our SMS service from the moment of their release. May 12, 2001 - Delivery Reports / Non-Delivery Reports

For each SMS delivery, you can now request a confirmation that the SMS has been delivered to the recipient's handset or not. There is no need to care about the different technologies and methods used by the numerous mobile operators to generate confirmations; we provide one common, operator-independent interface! Our powerful "tag-based" confirmation mechanism makes it easy for you to implement similar services for your customers.
