Mystic Meg Chooses Crosby

Broadsystem is the UK's leading provider of outsourced marketing communications. They provide data-driven customer contact services and focus on three areas of expertise: customer relationship management, contact centre services and media services.

Crosby were approached by Broadsystem to use and customize its web based expert chat product for use with Mystic Meg and News Group Newspapers, one of Broadsystems clients.

The service, which is advertised in The Sun every day and the News Of The World on Sunday's, is operating at £1.50 premium text billing. Crosby supplied an end-to-end solution, from the design and engineering of the on-line text-messaging interface, to the connection into each mobile operator using Crosby's direct connections. The large volume application had to be reliable, efficient and easy to use, plus be accessible to a team of consultants working from home.
