Crosby Donates 100 Christmas Selection Boxes to Claire House
Every year Claire house ask for donations to be given out
at the Father Christmas Grottos. This year the event is being
held in Gordale. Claire House decided that the ideal donations
would be selection boxes as they would be easy to give out and
always sell well.
Crosby responded to this request by purchasing 100 Cadburys
Selection boxes and delivering them to Claire House today
presented by Crosby's MD Matthew Wilson and Radio City
Presenter Pete Price".
Matt Wilson, MD says, "Claire House urgently needs
donations to keep it open, donating these selection boxes
for resale to raise money for the charity is the least we
could do. Crosby has had a great year this year and it's
great to give something back to the community. We see
Claire House as a worthy cause and we hope to make further
donations in the near future. We strongly urge members of
the public and other businesses to look closer at Claire
House and see how they could help children in their care
by making donations, however small."
Claire House cares for children 0 - 18 years with life
threatening or life limiting conditions and their families
from Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man.
Children's hospices are dedicated to enhance their quality of
