Crosby Complete Deal With Eurocall

Crosby today announced that it has completed a deal with Eurocall Limited, the largest, independent, business telecommunications company in the UK with over 35,000 customers nationwide.

Crosby completed a sale of its' intranet package for use by Eurocall's customers. The sale now allows Eurocall's customers to operate their customers billing on-line, and in some cases in real–time. Crosby explain that several large customers of Eurocall are planned to be the first users, and Crosby also explain that the introduction of this package into their business is yet another edge of Eurocall's proposition in the current market.

Customers can now login to a website and run extensive reports for voice calls, SMS applications and have access to regular intranet facilities previously only available for thousands of pounds to the end user. Crosby claim that both parties will roll this product out on time and into a set number of clients for an initial trial period.

Matt Wilson, M.D., of Crosby says; "This deal once again outlines the strength our product has in the market and the outstanding service we provide as a company to our clients. This deal now means that Crosby process over 250 million CDR records each year all running from our award winning array of data centre's spread around the UK."

Steven Wilson, T.D., explained; "My team has worked closely with Eurocall during the installation of the service and the whole project has been delivered as expected on–time. Our existing data centre's are well equipped to handle such call volumes and provide a reliable, robust system."

Justin Moore, Sales Director said; "Our product is now used by over 30% of the telecommunication market and it is steadily growing. Eurocall as the largest business telecommunications company in the UK looked at several packages before arriving at Crosby and choosing our intranet package to fit in with their business."
