£42,500k base + commission per sale uncapped plus benefits + company bonus scheme (linked to profits)

The Role


This rewarding position is ideal for someone who is interested in delivering the latest technologies to partners and clients, and managing the overall technical aspects of our business to develop successful, long-term partnerships with our associates.

The successful candidate(s) would be responsible for ensuring project success, gaining valuable industry experience while expanding Crosby's business and accelerating revenue growth.

You will be expected to:

  • Drive new business opportunities.
  • Manage key projects.
  • Supervise the optimisation of technical implementations.
  • Solidify Crosby's strategic partnerships.
  • Foster relationships with our clients.



The Candidate


We expect the successful candidate(s) to have:
  • A BA/BSc in a technical field, preferably computer science.
  • A clear understanding of Internet services and technologies.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A sense of self-motivation and a high level of creativity.
  • The ability to organise work effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • The capability to multitask whilst still exhibiting a high level of attention to detail.
  • The desire to work in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
