- Can subscribers on cable networks see my broadcast on Sky?
No, this is not possible. For your broadcast to appear on the cable networks you will
need to contact the individual operators and arrange a separate commercial deal with them.
You will also need to rent video circuits from our facility to send the video feed to the
second operator. These can cost anything up to £70k per annum.
- Do I need a large number of staff to run a channel?
It all depends on what you're broadcasting. Some customers' channels are run by a
single person loading tapes into a playout broadcasting unit a few hours a day, while
others require studios, producers, cameramen, visual editors and various other staff.
Please see our booklet for advice, or contact us
for more information.
- Can I integrate SMS, WAP and the Internet with my channel?
Yes, you can bring all these technologies together for use in live transmissions, and
take advantage of image overlay and many other "playout" facilities.
