How many faxes can I receive?
You can receive as many faxes as you like. There is no limit
to the number of faxes you can receive (subject to Crosby’s
terms and conditions as listed on the www.crosby.co.uk website).
Can I change the email address where I receive my faxes?
Yes, you can alter your destination email at any time. If you
switch jobs, or move email providers, you can still receive
your faxes. If you are going abroad, for example, you could
switch your email to a web-based email and pick up your faxes
wherever you can access the internet. To change your email address,
please visit our website at www.crosby.co.uk and alter your
details online. Please allow 24 hours for the change to take
effect.
Can my faxes be sent to more than one email address?
Yes, your faxes can be sent to more than one email address.
The cost for this service is £20 per year per email address
on one number. There is a one-off set up fee of £19.99
for each extra email addresses on the same number. All prices
are quoted ex VAT.
Can people fax me from abroad?
Yes as long as they dial the appropriate international codes.
Please note that as your Crosby fax number is a UK number, all
calls from abroad would be subject to international charges.
If I am abroad, can I still pick up my faxes?
Yes, as long as you can access your email, you will still be
able to pick up your faxes messages. For example, if you have
an office in France, you will still be able to receive your
Crosby fax messages via email.
