Crosby "Expert Chat" allows experts to view and respond to customer SMS messages in real–time, using a web–based interface.

How it works

We provide you with a unique "Expert Chat" website that can be securely accessed by your experts through any standard web browser.

Once logged in, an expert can view and respond to a live stream of inbound text messages, delivering answers directly and instantly to customers' mobile phones.

For example:

1. An expert logs into your Expert Chat website using a unique username and password.
2. The system informs him that there is one unanswered message awaiting his attention.
3. After reading the message, the expert clicks "reply", and composes an appropriate response to the message.
4. When he has finished the message, the expert clicks "send", and his answer is instantly delivered to the mobile phone of the original sender as a text message.
