Crosby "Expert Chat" allows experts to view and respond to customer SMS messages in
real–time, using a web–based interface.
How it works
We provide you with a unique "Expert Chat" website that can be securely accessed by
your experts through any standard web browser.
Once logged in, an expert can view and respond to a live stream of inbound text
messages, delivering answers directly and instantly to customers' mobile phones.
For example:
- An expert logs into your Expert Chat website using a unique username and
password.
- The system informs him that there is one unanswered message awaiting his
attention.
- After reading the message, the expert clicks "reply", and composes
an appropriate response to the message.
- When he has finished the message, the expert clicks "send", and his
answer is instantly delivered to the mobile phone of the original sender as a
text message.
