Being directly connected to the Internet allows us to
add greater features to compliment our IVR. Any IVR application we
set up for your line can have integration with yours or someone else's
website. For example, scan web pages then read the text we found between
2 markers back to the caller over the phone, ideal for regularly changing
information like news or local weather reports.
- Run post/get queries on your website database which could
interact with your caller automatically with your website changing
information and adding/updating content.
- Information captured during the call can be passed to you in
an HTTP/SSL string or other, being digits entered by the caller,
duration of call, Caller ID, time and date, unique Keys,
number called etc.
- Information captured during the call can be placed inside a
structured template and emailed to you, being things such as,
duration of call, caller id, caller's digits, etc. Emails are sent
immediately when we have all the information we need, even while the
call is still is progress.
- Connect a caller from your line to your office/site over the
internet using voice over IP, this allows voice calls without the
high call charges and the caller just uses their regular
phone as the voice over IP is transparent to both parts of the call.
- Connect through the Internet to your database server to run
queries while the call is in progress.
- Process financial requests by using the data captured during a
call to be placed onto a website or submitted to a script.
